Welcome to The Edible Table, a safe space for the gluten-free food-lovers and all others.

Being gluten-free for 10+ years along with having a laundry list of other food allergies has sent me on an incredible journey of finding flexibility in my own kitchen, within social settings, during travel, and much more.

And as a gluten-free baker and clay-maker, I am passionate about bringing inclusive resources and creative goods to those who share a love for food and/or an allergy-conscious lifestyle.
